In Thorlakshofn Rammi operates an advanced lobster, light salted cod, redfish and flatfish processing facility, producing for high demand markets in America, Asia and Europe.
During the summer the plant processes whole frozen Nephros Norvegicus / Langoustine and during the winter the main products are light salted Cod, Witch / Greysole and Redfish.
In Siglufjordur in Fjallabyggd, Rammi operates a new peeling plant where coldwater shrimp from our own vessel and other selected boats is processed.
Both plants have a developed system for product traceability and quality control as well as high standard of hygiene.
